Shirtbyhand is expanding fast in the German market and therefore we are looking for a German Customer Experience Associate to join our team. ShirtbyHand stands for offering optimal service to customers, an innovative website where customers get a real 'personal shopping experience', with a high quality product: tailor made shirts! Our customer experience department is, therefore, one of the most important parts of our company.
Do you want to be part of a team were we embrace an up-to-the-minute mentality that constantly anticipated on new developments?
As your core tasks, you will responsible for all communication with our German clients via e-mail, phone and chat. Besides this, you will be involved in our projects to service our worldwide ShirtbyHand clients even better.
What are we looking for?
- Someone with natural hospitality feeling;
- Native German speaker and writer;
- Fluent English and/or Dutch speaker;
- A great writer and translator of commercial content;
- Someone who works precise and orderly, with an active and independent attitude
