On a daily basis our staff drives around the country to take measurements. This is possible starting from 1 person up to a whole company. Get in contact with us and together we can arrange an appointment on the time and location that suits you. We always try to combine these in a region. Apart from this, it is also possible to pass by our office. Therefore, get in touch because we look forward to meeting you and provide you with a great tailor-made shirt.

One of our colleagues will pass by with a computer, measuring tape and fabric samples. She will make an account with your personal details, measure you and enter the 9 measured body sizes in your personal account. Alltogether this will take around 10 minutes. Your account will be immediately active and our colleagues will explain all the various possibilities and applications. Together you can also design and order your first tailor-mafe shirt.

All our fabrics are made from a luxury, 100% 'two ply'cotton. Furthermore the shirts are produced with a special finish, which all make them easy to iron.

Identical fabrics are most often offered in established shops for much higher prices. Thanks to our concept we have low costs: no stocks and no high rents for a shop. For that reason we can offer the same quality of shirts for a much sharper price.

We have our own factory in the Far East: ShirtbyHand Production Company. All the employees that work in the factory have a broad experience in tailoring. After production all shirts are checked by a quality-manager on sizes and finish. Twice a year a German specialist visits the factory to make sure we keep on improving.

We buy our fabrics at the most well-known Dutch fabric suppliers. Apart from our 50 fixed fabrics we also have various changing fabrics, which are suitable for the different seasons of the year.

To avoid disappoinments we would like you to contact us if you want to change your measurements. Give us a call or send an e-mail and together we will adjust the measurements. For major changes we recommend to make a new appointment so that we can make the changes in person. Your new measurements will be available in your account immediately.

Together with a Vietnamese partner we started our own factory in Vietnam in 2009: ShirtbyHand Production Company Vietnam. Thanks to this specialized partner and our experience from the previous years, we managed to build a factory that produces high quality tailor-made shirts in larger amounts. Therefore we can producewith an efficiency of a larger factory and the quality of a small atelier.

Yes, we make many shirts for companies as well, with or without the company logo. For instance you can order uniform shirts for fairs, restaurants, shops etc... Of course you can customize the shirts completely to your company when it comes to color combinations. With our advanced machines in our factory we can make about every logo you can think of. Usually we first make an example to see if it meets your expectations. For the measurements you can choose from all tailor-made, all standard size or a combination (for example all full-time staff tailior-made and temporarily staff standard size).

Social responsibility is a key-value for ShirtbyHand. The whole process from the start until the finish is in house, so we can manage and control it up to every detail. We are owner of ShirtbyHand Vietnam, the factory where the production takes place.
 
The employees of the factory are working in a good and clean environment (airconditioning, new machines, bonus structure, etc) and are paid well (basic salary is 20% above the standard of the industry). Because of the good surroundings the employees are loyal workers and stay with the company. There is a maximum of 45 hours working in a week and the employees get paid for extra hours.

All suppliers we work with are screened, wherefore we are confident that they work with the same standards as we do.
